What to Bring?

• A Good Quality of Rucksack with all inside Luggage packed in a Plastic Bag.
•  Minimum 2 Ltr. Water Bottles. (Compulsory)
•  Extra Dress, Morning Utilities
• Don’t Forget to Bring Plate, Bowl, and Spoon.
• Rainproof / Sun Cap / Warm Wear as per Season.
• Napkin, Torch with Cell Compulsory.
• Glucon – D OR Electrol – Optional
•   Shoes Compulsory in a Good Condition while trekking. (Floaters / Sandals Not Allowed.)
• Floaters / Chappel (For Return Journey in Bus))
•  Dress Code – T-shirt, Flexible Track pant. (HALF PANT NOT ALLOWED)
•  Any type of addictions like tobacco, Liquor, etc is strictly not allowed.
• Personal Medicines, if any.

• Kindly carry 1 Identity proof at least for the trek. It’s not a PICNIC or LEISURE TOUR. Participation contribution is Non Refundable and NOT transferable. We shall travel together as a group.

We all are going for an adventurous activity. Do not destroy or dirty the archaeological, historical monuments. Please do not carry or wear any valuables, ornaments, jewellery, etc. If carried, then we Do Not take any liability for the same. Rock Climbing, Rappelling, Trekking. For all these events you are at your own risk. Organizers are not responsible for any accident or compensation in whatsoever manner. We should strictly follow the code of conduct, to avoid troubling our fellow trekkers or other people from our group or even local people. Due to the Monsoon season we recommend you to please take care at every place while walking /climbing / trekking. No plastic littering on the way or in hills/mountains.

• Avoid Jeans pant for inconvenience in Walking / Climbing.
• Follow all the Instructions given by Team Explorers.
• Keep Healthy environment & helpful nature while Trekking & at the time of Activity.

• Don’t keep anything like mobile, Wallet, Gold ornaments at the time of Adventure Activity

• It is up to the individual to arrange their own holiday / accident insurance & each adult would be asked to sign a liability waiver.
• Sahyogmantra Tours hold the right to change the venue, or date, of the event,
• Event may be cancelled or postponed due to natural calamity, any system error,
• In case event place or venue is changed will notify same to participants by phone, web and Face book, no change in costing will be charged.
• All our treks are Eco-friendly treks; kindly take care of nature around us. Smoking and Drinking alcohol during trek is strictly prohibited if anyone found doing that will be expelled from trek without refund.
• Sahyogmantra Tours is not liable in any way whatsoever for any injury or loss (including any indirect or consequential loss) of any kind to person or property suffered by any participant whether by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligience including injury or loss incurred whilst in any activity in which participants are invited to participate.

Cancellation Policy:

• Prior to 60 days or more - 25% of tour cost
• Between 60 and 45 days of departure - 50% of tour cost
• Between 44 and 30 days of departure - 75% of tour cost
• Between 15 days and in case of no show – 100%
