• The cost for the event will be Rs 3800/- per head 
• Things to carry:
• Two liters of water, comfortable shoes or floaters, two pair of clothing,
• Towel & napkin, personal medical kit, knife, snacks, fruits
• INSTRUCTIONS:
•  If the Entry is being cancelled in the course of the Program, the decision of returning the Fees will be handled completely by the organizers.
•  Drinking Liquor and Smoking are Strictly Prohibited.
• Total care will be taken by the organizers but they will not be responsible for any sudden illness or Natural Calamities.
•  If the participant is under any type of Medical Treatment then kindly mention it over the form.Also keep the Medicines Handy.
• Carry Valuables thinks at your own risk, organizers will not be responsible in case of any loss

• It is up to the individual to arrange their own holiday / accident insurance & each adult would be asked to sign a liability waiver.
• Sahyogmantra Tours hold the right to change the venue, or date, of the event,
• Event may be cancelled or postponed due to natural calamity, any system error,
• In case event place or venue is changed will notify same to participants by phone, web and Face book, no change in costing will be charged.
• All our treks are Eco-friendly treks; kindly take care of nature around us. Smoking and Drinking alcohol during trek is strictly prohibited if anyone found doing that will be expelled from trek without refund.
• Sahyogmantra Tours is not liable in any way whatsoever for any injury or loss (including any indirect or consequential loss) of any kind to person or property suffered by any participant whether by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligience including injury or loss incurred whilst in any activity in which participants are invited to participate.

Cancellation Policy:

• Prior to 60 days or more - 25% of tour cost
• Between 60 and 45 days of departure - 50% of tour cost
• Between 44 and 30 days of departure - 75% of tour cost
• Between 15 days and in case of no show – 100%
