Rules-

• Avoid wearing precious Jewellery while trekking, as Sahyogmantra Tours won’t be responsible for any losses for the same.
• Entering the dudhsagar waterfall is strictly prohibited.
• No washroom facilities are available in the area.
• Mobile connectivity is unavailable in the area, as it is surrounded by a dense forest.
• Consuming liquor or any kind of Alcoholic substance is prohibited. Carrying any kind of substance that’s illegal is not allowed. Smoking is strictly not allowed. Anybody found smoking or consuming alcoholic drinks will be expelled from the event without refund.

Medical Disclaimer: It is mandatory that you visit your personal physician before enrolling for the trip if you suffer from any illness of any kind and disclose the same and your medical history to the organizers of the trip so that best possible arrangements can be carried out post approval. As organizers of the trip, we will be responsible for providing basic first aid throughout the trip. In case of unexpected mishaps or accidents, we will arrange for the injured patron to be taken to the nearest medical hospital wherever possible. The medical expenses will have to be borne by the patrons themselves.

It is up to the individual to arrange their own holiday / accident insurance & each adult would be asked to sign a liability waiver.

• Sahyogmantra Tours hold the right to change the venue, or date, of the event,
• Event may be cancelled or postponed due to natural calamity, any system error,
• In case event place or venue is changed will notify same to participants by phone, web and Face book, no change in costing will be charged.
• All our treks are Eco-friendly treks; kindly take care of nature around us. Smoking and Drinking alcohol during trek is strictly prohibited if anyone found doing that will be expelled from trek without refund.
• Sahyogmantra Tours is not liable in any way whatsoever for any injury or loss (including any indirect or consequential loss) of any kind to person or property suffered by any participant whether by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligience including injury or loss incurred whilst in any activity in which participants are invited to participate.

Cancellation Policy:

• Prior to 60 days or more - 25% of tour cost
• Between 60 and 45 days of departure - 50% of tour cost
• Between 44 and 30 days of departure - 75% of tour cost
• Between 15 days and in case of no show – 100% of tour cost
